Delivery by courier (within the Moscow Ring Road). Delivery time and date is confirmed individually. Shipping is with fitting. Payment can be made after order is placed or you can pay for the order in cash to the courier during the delivery.
Moscow region
Delivery via Russian post is available - the cost and duration of delivery will be calculated individually.
Worldwide delivery
The delivery will be made via Russian post - the cost and duration of delivery will be calculated individually.
RETURN TERMS
You have 14 days from the shipping date of your order to return your purchase. Please fill out the form below and make sure to contact us via WhatsApp and/or Instagram to confirm that your order has been processed for return.
Return Conditions:
• If your order was purchased with cash to the courier, the money will be returned to the bank account that you indicate in the return form.
• If your order was purchased by bank transfer, the money will be returned to the account from which the payment was made
• Funds will be returned to bank account within 7 business days after the return is approved. Please check if you have filled in the details correctly to make sure there are no errors with the refund payments. Refund time to your bank account will depend on the speed of processing operations by your bank and can take up to 30 days.
If the order is returned due to a defect, delivery is made at our expense.
